With Jijilyf, services are brought to you by giving you details about service providers close to your location, so that you can choose who you want to give you the service you need. All you need to do is:

- Download the app.

- Signup, or sign in if you already have an account.

- Select a category, from which you will find services.

- Select the service you need and continue by selecting a service provider of your choice from those available.

- Describe the kind of service you need, set the date and time you want the service delivered and wait for the service provider to bill your request.

- After the service provider has billed your request, wait at the end of service delivery to confirm end of service.

- Rate the service provider based on the way you were treated.

REALTIME COMMUNICATION

- You can either call or chat with the service provider at any time before or during the service.

CASHLESS TRANSACTIONS

- Top up your wallet before you request for a service. All transactions are instant and no need to handle cash.

COMPLAINTS

- You can always raise a complaint regarding a service delivered to you if you have any issue(s) to report.
